ECOTHERAPY + DEALING WITH ECOLOGICAL GRIEF

Nature Therapy

I offer two types of nature-based therapy:

  • one has to do with ecological grief in relation to climate change. I use a variety of techniques borrowed from both therapeutic and spiritual traditions to explore and address our deepest feelings in relation to the massive crisis we are currently facing. If you are grappling with questions of meaning and purpose in times of deep uncertainty, or are worried about your future and that of your loved ones, this therapy may be for you.

  • The second has to do with bringing nature and the elements in the therapy room as a creative means to explore oneself. Through the use of practical tools and natural metaphors, we aim at becoming conscious of the potential laying dormant in ourselves, rebalancing qualities that may have become distorted, whilst re-discovering our fundamental connection to nature.

Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better.
