Besides transpersonal therapy, dreamwork and ecotherapy - which are more open-ended - I also offer short-term, focused sessions on specific issues. Here you can learn powerful tools to address your needs at this particular time of your life.

These highly focused sessions can be extremely helpful in dealing with: 

  • Anxiety & stress

  • Bereavement & grief

  • Burnout (activism, work/life balance)

  • Conflict (relationship, family, workplace)

  • Decision-making 

  • Depression & feeling stuck

  • Finding clarity

  • Understanding and reframing physical symptoms 

The initial session is 110 mins long: the first part is spent exploring and mapping out the issue and the ideal outcome you hope for; the second part is about equipping you with practical resources you can take home with you and practice whenever needed.

Blocks of either 4 or 6 50min follow-up sessions can be booked to help you follow through your intended action and/or consolidate any learnings & new patterns.
